Julie Bank

Julie Bank is the director of public programs and development for Maricopa County Animal Care and Control in Phoenix, Arizona, where she oversees the agencies' fundraising, PR, marketing, education, volunteer, and public programs.

Prior to moving to Arizona, Julie worked for 10 years at the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals in New York City. At the ASPCA, Julie worked in shelter operations and adoptions, and she was the national director for the ASPCA's humane education programs.
