May 17, 2006 : 12:00 AM

Kanab, UT (05/17/2006) - Best Friends Animal Society recently stepped in to help rescue over 1,000 rabbits in Reno. The rabbits have been moved to a ranch in Lemmon Valley. Best Friends is actively seeking people and organizations to adopt these rabbits.

Some of the rabbits need more socializing and Best Friends is sponsoring clicker training, which will increase the chances that the bunnies can be adopted.
What: Bunny clicker training

When: Saturday May 27 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Sunday May 28 from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Where: Bunny Rescue Ranch
Reno Nevada
Lemmon Valley
, 1200 Estates

Cost: Donations accepted

Why: Providing the clicker training for bunnies so that some of the over 1,000 rescued rabbits at the ranch can be better socialized and thus made more adoptable.

Attendees must bring own lunch and water, wear long pants and closed-toed shoes. Youth age 12 and older welcome with an adult. Maximum of 10 attendees per class.
